Refund Policy
At Raising Wilde LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns may be granted.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds and returns may be requested only for items that are missing, stolen, or arrive damaged. We do not offer refunds or returns for any other reason, including buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Requesting a Refund
- In order to request a refund for a missing, stolen, or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for missing or stolen items).
- All refund requests must be approved by Raising Wilde LLC and accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must obtain this RMA number before returning any items.
- To obtain an RMA number, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documentation of damage (if applicable).
Missing or Stolen Items
- For missing or stolen items, Raising Wilde LLC will work with the appropriate shipping carrier to open an investigation. We will keep you informed of the investigation process and work to determine the best course of action, which may include issuing a refund, sending a replacement item, or other appropriate resolutions.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the carrier’s investigation to be completed.
Damaged Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs or other documentation showing the damage. After receiving your RMA, you may be instructed to return the item to us for inspection.
- Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be issued once the item has been inspected and the claim has been approved.
Refund Approval Process
- All refund requests are subject to approval by Raising Wilde LLC. Issuing an RMA does not guarantee a refund. Refunds will only be issued after we have verified that the item was damaged, missing, or stolen.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been issued.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any items returned without an RMA number or outside of the eligibility criteria outlined above will not be refunded.
